    when I´m trying to upload a template I go to "Upload master page" and then choose a file.master that I´ve created as a template to use and then on sitefinity it is just a red cross that they can´t show the picture, what am I doing wrong?

    Hello Linda,

    If I understand correctly, you have an image in your master page and it is not displaying in the template after uploading. If I am right, then the only reason for this is incorrect path for the image src. Also, I would recommend you use only server Image controls (should contain runat="server" attribute) because you could use relative paths (paths starting with tilde ~ ) for setting the image URL. For example:

    <img src="~/Images/MainGalleryThumbs/thumbGal10.jpg" runat="server" alt="" />

    If there is some misunderstanding, could you please send us your master page and we will try to figure out the problem. Also, it would be very helpful if you give us some details about your project settings like multilingual and so on.
