    We are working on a site for a customer.  We have two horizontal menus with their respective dropdowns.  For whatever reason it works fine in all modern browsers except for IE 7.  Take a look at http://kme.tech1440.com/ProductDivisions/FireDivision.aspx and run it in IE 8 and then IE 8 in compatibility mode (IE7).  Look at the Product Divion menu and how it works differently in both browsers.

    CSS Excerpt:

    .RadMenu

    {

    /*background: #823400; */

    /*z-index: 1 !important; */

    z-index: 3 !important;

    }

    .RadMenu_Menu

    {

    /*background: #823400; */

    z-index: 2 !important;

    }

    Any suggestion is appreciated...

    Hi Frank Nieto,

    the problem is not with the z-index. Inside App_Master/css.global.css you have defined a css class GlobalHeader_Menu from where you have to remove the positioning property. Then you should move GlobalHeader_Menu in GlobalHeader_middle

    Hi Ivan and Frank,

    I'm having a similar issue in IE7 where the drop down sub menu is appearing beneath a bunch of other controls. The positioning attribute that Ivan mentioned should be removed, what was that applied to? UL, DIV ? Which particular RadMenu html element?

    Regards,
    Jacques
