I have a specific requirement from my client that forms built with form builder has to include validation that a user only submits one form entry per email.  In other words, I need to check against the submitted database to see if that user's email address is already entered.  Ideally I'd like to be able to create new forms that have this feature as optional so that some forms can be created without the single email entry requirement while other forms I need it present.

Anyone have ideas how to best approach this?  Right now I can go to 'settings' and limit entry to one per IP, one per username, or no restrictions.

Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated!
