How to get user info (current) in global.asax file

    I have some pages that are not in the Sitefinity CMS. They are simply copied into the Sitefinity web folder. Ie /media/stuff/page.html

    What I'd like to do is use the global.asax file to say 'yay or nay' when someone trieds to load these pages. So I tried using global.asax and applicationbeginrequest event to catch the when these pages are being requested, but i think it's too early for the SF Security because current user returns anonymous but I am logged in...
