Password recovery
Hi,
I'm setting up Password Recovery, but it doesn't work.
I set:
settings>advanced>notifications>profiles - Default profile
- defaultSenderEmailAddress: myEmail
- host: smtp.gmail.com
- port: 465
- useAuthentication - not checked
- username: username/email from gmail acc
- password: mypassword
- useSSL - checked
- profileName: Default
- senderType: Telerik.Sitefinity.Services.Notifications.Smtp.SmtpSender
- profileType: smtp
settings>advanced>security>membership providers>default - parameters:
- enablePasswordRecovery - true
- requiresQuestionAndAnswer - false
- recoveryMailAddress - my mail
settings>advanced>system>SMTP(Email Settings)
- host: smtp.gmail.com
- port: 465
- username: username/email from gmail acc
- password: mypassword
- domain: smtp.gmail.com
- deliveryMethod: Network
- enableSSL: checked
- defaultSenderEmailAddress: myEmail
Maybe I skipped something that I also must set?

Hi Michal,
Can you please go to Administration » Settings » Advanced » Security » Membership providers » Default » Parameters then click enablePasswordReset. Please make sure that the Value field is set to false and save the changes. Then restart the application in order for the changes to take effect.
