Hello I  have set up SSL using this guide

    https://knowledgebase.progress.com/articles/Article/How-to-secure-the-Sitefinity-Backend-with-an-SSL-protocol

    And also using this one

    https://docs.sitefinity.com/administration-configure-ssl

If I follow this not all pages are SSL yet is there an easy way to force this for all pages?

According to the documentation this can be done by:

After you have installed the SSL certificate on your site, to setup all pages to be served under the https:// protocol, perform the following:

    1. Click Administration » Settings » Advanced.
    2. In the treeview, click System » Site URL Settings.
    3. Deselect Remove ssl when the page does not require it checkbox.
    4. Click Save changes.
