I am playing around with Sitefinity, trying to figure out if I want to start using it.  The big thing I want to get my head wrapped around is building modules.  So I downloaded the project from the Simple Intra-site module documentation page here:  I did the tutorial and I am getting an error saying it can't find the assembly RadMenu.Net2.  Does the standard edition include the RadControls?  It seems the Community edition does not and it looks like I will have to re-program the Intra-site example without Rad controls just to see if I like the Sitefinity product.

sitefinity (both community and standard) does indeed include full use of the telerik controls, provided of course you're using them within your sitefinity site.

however, i believe the demo you linked may be a bit outdated, as RadMenu.Net2 is the previous version of telerik controls. these have been replaced with the new Rad Web Controls in sitefinity version 3.5 (which I assume you're using?)

I think this link might be a better place to start: as this tutorial looks like it uses the new telerik controls assembly that is included in the current version of sitefinity.

    i hope this was helpful!

    Hello Dino,

Simple Intra-site Module is implemented for Sitefinity v3.2 HotFix. To set the module in a project running v3.5 (or later), you should upgrade it to use RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX instead of classic RadControls.

For your convenience I have attached the updated version of the sample module.

Do let us know if you need any further assistance.
