    Hello,

I am trying to make a custom module and am making some fine progress.  The only problem is that I have recently added a RadGrid and I realized just how little my module looks like the built-in modules.  How can I comply with the same look and feel of the other build-in modules?  I am not just referring to CSS, but to background images, button images etc.  Is there somewhere I should be looking.

The basic idea would be to make my custom module have the same look and feel as the already build in ones.

    Bonne Chance,

    Trev

    Hello Trevor Park,

All styling information that is used by the administration part of Sitefinity is located in the /Sitefinity/Admin/Themes/Default folder under your project. There you can find the modules.css file containing CSS rules used by modules. The images are located in the Images subfolder. You can add anything that you need for your module.
There is also the Skins subfolder which contains styling information about the RadControls used in Sitefinity.
If you want to see what CSS classes are applied to each control, refer to the templates located in /Sitefinity/Admin/ControlTemplates.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Slavo,

Thank you very much.  I looked into all the locations and found quite a bit of what I needed.  I even got a RadGrid to skin properly and it looks great, but I noticed something that created another small problem.

When you have a button in a built-in module they consist of two parts:
1.The image on the left which is a 'plus' sign or 'check mark'.
2.Then the text beside it that reads something like 'Create the item.

Is there  standard way to create these buttons that already exist in Sitefinity? or do I have to create them from scratch?

It would sure be good if I could use the same button in a custom module that exist in the built-in modules.

    Thanks,

    Trev

    Nevermind!

Figured it out myself.  Thank for the help.
