    take a look here for great examples on how to use telerik's datetime picker: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet/Calendar/Examples/DateTimePicker/Overview/DefaultCS.aspx

    Basically what you want it so set the StartTime, EndTime, and Interval properties. StartTime and Endtime refer to the Range of selectable times, not the event time itself. The control needs to be updated in two places:

    yoursite/Sitefinity/Admin/controlTemplates/Events/ControlPanelInsert.ascx and
    yoursite/Sitefinity/Admin/controlTemplates/Events/ControlPanelEdit.ascx

    Look for this line:

    <telerik:raddatetimepicker id="Event_Start" runat="server">
    </telerik:raddatetimepicker>

    and replace it with this:

    <telerik:raddatetimepicker id="Event_Start" runat="server">
        <TimeView StartTime="9:0:0" EndTime="17:00:00" Interval="0:15:0" />
    </telerik:raddatetimepicker>

    changing the StartTime and EndTime to fit your needs. You can do the same with the Event_End control. hope this was helpful!

    oops sorry that should be 0:30:0 for some reason I thought you wanted 15 minutes. you can set that to any interval you wish, hours:minutes:seconds
