    Hello again.

The URL given everywhere for the documentation:
    http://www.sitefinity.com/documents/UserManual_3_5.pdf
...no longer appears to be valid.

It's a shame, because I'm sure this question could be answered using the URL rewriting parts of the document.

I've got a multiple parameter rewrite I'm trying to get working.  I've tested the regular expression using the RegEx tester here:
    http://derekslager.com/blog/posts/2007/09/a-better-dotnet-regular-expression-tester.ashx
...so I know it's working, and my other single-parameter rewrites are working fine, but I can't get the multiple parameter piece to work.

    A working rewrite:

    url>^/Store/(\d+)\.aspx</url>

    rewrite>/Site/Store/Product.aspx?ProdId=$1</rewrite>

    My non-working rewrite:

    url>^/VAP/(\d+)/(.*)\.aspx</url>
    rewrite>/Handlers/PurchasedDownload.ashx?ProdId=$1&amp;File=$2</rewrite>

My test URL for the non-working rewrite is:
    http://localhost/VAP/1/test.txt.aspx

    Thoughts?
(Edit: Trimmed out parts of the tags because the forums were inserting lots of line breaks into my post.)

    Hello Michael,

We apologize for the wrong link on our Web Site.
    Here is the correct link:
    http://www.sitefinity.com/support/user-manual.aspx

The problem is related to our CmsHttpModule, it does not rewrite the path because, there is no existing Cms page corresponding to the URL:  /Handlers/PurchasedDownload.ashx.

The issue is already fixed, and will be included in the upcoming Service Pack, which will be released within the next 2 weeks.

In case you need a quick solution, we can send you a custom build. Just let us know.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    All the best,
    Vlad

I will wait for the service pack.  I've done enough customization on the back-end to keep the admin tools from dragging to a crawl on a site with over 10,000 CMS pages that I'd best wait.

In the meantime, I've created a CMS page link to the .ashx file as an external page and am rewriting to the CMS page link.
