    Hello Quade,

You will be able to track the number of the logged users from the next build that we are going to release. You should use the following UserManager method GetNumberOfUsersOnline(). Note that this method will return only the number of the logged in users.

    Sincerely yours,

    Hello Quade,

Using the standard methods it is not possible for 3.6. Possible option could be creating a custom logic  to track when the user is logged in and logged out, but probably it will take more time than patching the project. We are planning to release a build withing a month with Q2 of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.

    Best wishes,

Hello I was wondering if anyone could elaborate on the following UserManager method GetNumberOfUsersOnline()

I have the following code -

    1 Dim i As Integer = UserManager.Default.GetNumberOfUsersOnline
    2 Dim sVal As String
    3 If i = 1 Then
    4 sVal = "There is " + CStr(i) + " user online"
    5 Else
    6 sVal = "There are currently " + CStr(i) + " users online"
    7 End If
    8 lblLoggedInUsers.Text = sVal

However it just returns an integer value of 0

    Thanks

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

The method does not work properly, so as mentioned in one of the previous posts it will be fixed in the next release. Actually the DataTime value is the problem so the method will work only for user servers that are under GMT 0.
