Form module "Could not send your request. Please try again later."

    hi,

    i updated my site with form module. after i create form and included in page. its working fine. when i submit send button i m getting this error "Could not send your request. Please try again later."

    can u please help in this "form module" issue. we are using SP3 package.

    Hello venkatesh alagu,

    We do not have a form module out of the box. Perhaps it is some custom functionality that needs to be debugged. You may check the log files first before getting into the problem.

    Thanks for ur quick reply. i checked my log file. i m getting this error.
