    Hello Telerik,

I've created a Shared Generic Item which I placed inside the ContentPlaceHolder that represent my Footer. All in a template.

My site is multilangual so I created to versions of this generic item.

The default language is 'nl' and the language options are: 'nl' and 'en'.
When I select 'nl' as language the footer is not appearing (that said, the content is not appearing). When I select 'en' as language the footer appears in the right language.

It is a shared generic item on a template, so I dont know what I can do about this?

    Thanks,
    Daniel

    Hello Telerik,

I did the same thing with the Generic Content as with the News Content: I deleted the Generic Content Item and re-created it. Then it showed up on my live page.

But then I edited the Generic Content Item and published it again. Now the live page doesn't show the content.

    What could be wrong?

    Thanks,
    Daniel

PS: I always see the content in my designer (Sitefinity admin). I don't use caching and allready cleared my cache etc.

    Hi Daniel,

This is a known issue but in SP1. It was fixed for SP2 and we can’t reproduce the described behavior. Could you please open a new support thread and attach your project and database to figure out what the problem is?

Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

    Best wishes,
    Pepi
