    Hi there,

    I am in the process of creating a dual language sitefinity site.

    The site will have 1 language per domain.

    frenchdomain.com
    englishdomain.com

    I have added the localization to the web.config that defines both domains and languages.

    How do I hook up my language toggle link/button?

    Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

    Thanks,
    Roland

    Are you creating the sites as domain aliases and using one sitefinity instance?

    Anyway, check out this forum post:

    Also, I found this webinar helpful (but it has the browser decide what language to localize to):

    Hello,

    Generally the settings that you should have in your web.config file are as follows

    <localization autoSetClientLanguage="false" defaultProvider="Sitefinity" persistenceMode="DomainName" defaultCulture="en" allowSpecificCultures="True" cultures="en, es, fr, bg, nl, it, en-US, no">
            <providers>
                <clear />
                <add name="Sitefinity" type="Telerik.Localization.Data.DefaultProvider, Telerik.Localization.Data" connectionStringName="DefaultConnection" />
            </providers>
      <cultureMappings>
        <add key="www.ukwebsite.com" culture="en" />
        <add key="www.eswebsite.com" culture="es" />
      </cultureMappings>
        </localization>

    Once you have specified your domain name in the culture mappings and set its culture the Language bar control will automatically handle the correct domain name. Then you can follow the suggestions from the previous post from Mr. Plinko

    All the best,
