    Hi,

    I am working with a few things here in Sitefinity 3.0 SP2 building a custom module and I have created some code that could possibly throw an Exception.  The Exception however, is not ciritcal and does not necessarily have to stop the application, but I would like to know that it happened.  Does Sitefinity have something to record errors like some sort of error log?

    Bonne Chance,

    Trev

    Hello Trevor,

    Here is an example:
    Telerik.Utilities.Log.Exception(new HttpException("My Exception"));

    Note that health monitoring should be set appropriately in your configuration file. By default it set to log web events in ~/App_Data/Sitefinity.log file.

    I hope this helps. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.

    Greetings,
    Bob
