Is it possible to add/change the layout of the ImageGallery control to have different layouts listed in the section [ImageGallery>Basic>How to display the gallery?] of the control and how would one be able to achieve this?

examples:  A gallery layout with a large pane and a strapline at the bottom which lists the thumbnails and when one clicks on one the large pane gets populated with the image, or a gallery that has a large pane that displays the image with a title and description below it and a sidebar which lists the thumbnails and when one is clicked the image/title and description is reloaded.

    Hello Pierre,

You can change the layout of an existing display mode by changing the CSS rules that control its layout. Every mode has some default CSS that are to be found in ~/Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/Libraries/librariesCommonLayout.css file.

The other possibility is to write CSS in the theme of your web site and make sure the new styles override the default ones with more specific rules or important rules.

    Sincerely yours,
    the Telerik team
