I have just bought my second Sitefinity license (New project).

This new project has a content or public area as well as a members area where members can login and pay their bills etc... We have been treating this members area as a separate website (with a virtual directory pointing to is under the content sites root)

I just finished building out the content part of our site using Sitefinity and am now moving onto the members portion... I am contemplating whether or not to create a new (separate) project here (as these two area are very different animals) but am wondering if i am able to do this using the CMS...

Can i essentially have 2 separate websites built using the CMS for each (separately) but using one license as long as they both run under the same domain?

    Hello Duncan,

Generally the license key is generated per domain name. If the second website is under the root of the first website you can use one key. Another option is working with subdomains. Form more detailed information about the license keys I suggest that you should contact our sales department.
