    Hello all,

I am experiencing troubles with the newsletter module. I have site which version is Sitefinity 3.7.2096.2:1. I check http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/kb/newsletters-module-not-sending-e-mails.aspx from the KB, but changing the sending interval only got it to stuck earlier.
I have a subscription list of 307 users, which I do not find big, considering articles where people are talking about 3000 mails. Sending is stuck on the 38%. After increasing the sending interval 10 times it stuck on 4%.
If the emails are 10 sending is OK. All mails seem correct and sending to users with special characters in their names also is working properly.

What can be the problem , any ideas?

    Thank you,
    Nadya

    Hello Nadya,

Thank you for using our services.

The newsletter sending interval is used to tell the newsletters module how long it should wait in order to send an e-mail. It sends one e-mail at a time from the subscribers to which you are going to send the e-mail to. We have tested this internally by sending a newsletter to 5500 demo subscriber group. The sending interval was set to 2 seconds (2000 in web.config). Note that if you increase the sending interval 10 times this means that your http request time out should be increased to as this will prolong the request. To me it seems that your request is timing out. Please try increasing the max request length and request time out limit for your website.

    Sincerely yours,
    Radoslav Georgiev
