Do you have Sitefinity v3.5 installed on the same machine as Visual Studio.NET and Nolics? Note that, Sitefinity setup should install the Nolics license as well. You can check if Nolics is licensed in Visual Studio.NET by opening Help menu -> Register Product (Nolics section). You should have a license code for professional edition set in the current license section. If you don't have this code, please try to uninstall SItefinity and then install it again.
