    Does Sitefinity have the capability to automatically or manually purge page and document histories based upon a set of given variables (such as 3 histories, or by a specific date)? If it cannot be done within the application itself, do you have a set of pre-built SQL queries that can do this?

    I think it's important from a system administration standpoint to be able to purge unnecessary histories out of the database at a certain interval to keep up on system stability and efficiency. At first glance it appears that v3.7 lacks this ability, although I may be missing something...

    Thank you for your question.

    Unfortunately we do not have this out of the box. This can be developed with the API that we provide though. Alternative would be to use SQL queries to purge the history - the following KB Article would help -
