    I am creating a hyperlink with this as the href:

    CreateHostViewCommand<GCBasedNewView>(String.Empty, "{#ID#}");

    So in my url it is like this:
    http://localhost/sitefinity/admin/Modules.aspx?module=GCBased&route=GenericCControlPanel.GCBasedView.GCBasedNewView&ParentId=0ca42b89-d135-4032-a248-7877ff897af2

    Problem is that when I do my processing and the redirect happens (or even if I press cancel), the ParentId continues to stick from page to page. How do I remove it in my logic for the next page? I am doing my logic in a inherited class of ContentItemsList<GCBasedView>.

    Hello bemara57,

    You could try to use itmeUrl = CreateHostViewCommand<YOURVIEW<HOST>>("{#ID#}"); if this will not break the routing of your module or you could try using ControlUtils.RemoveQueryStringKey(url, this.ParameterKey);
