    UPDATE: Sorry, it is actually a RadAsyncUpload

    <telerik:RadAsyncUpload ID="RadAsyncUpload1" runat="server" AllowedFileExtensions=".jpg,.png,.gif" MaxFileInputsCount="1" MaxFileSize="204800" Localization-Select="Selecione" OnClientFileUploaded="fileUploaded" OverwriteExistingFiles="true">

    I go to page Default.aspx
    Upload a image
    Go to page Other.aspx
    Go to page Default.aspx
    Try to upload

    [NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
       Telerik.Web.UI.RadUploadHttpModule.UpdateUploadContext(ProgressWorkerRequest progressWorker) +76
       Telerik.Web.UI.RadUploadHttpModule.CaptureWorkerRequest(Object sender, EventArgs e) +152
       System.Web.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() +68
       System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously) +75

    What could be causing this behavior?

    RadAsyncUploadContext is null. Why?

    I created an empty page, and added the RadAsync there and it's crashing. I tried to restart IIS but nothing changed.

    Hello Bruno Michels,

    UpdateUploadContext could return null if the parameter   ProgressWorkerRequest is null. When we call UpdateUploadContext we create a  new  instance of AsyncProgressWorkerRequest(workerRequest, Context.Request); where the workerRequest is HttpWorkerRequest.

    • Could you tell us which version of Teleril.Web.UI.dll you use
    • Are there any errors in the requests - POST/GET when the problem occurs - you can easily see this using FireBug.
    • Under which version of ASP.NET Framework you are running the project ( there are some issues if you are trying to use .NET Framework 4.0)
    • How do you make the redirects between the pages  - response redirect, browser arrows ? Is this request to some external page which could cause changing the host.
    If you can provide any additional information, it will be great, so we will be able to narrow down this issue and see whether there is a bug in our code.
