    I have a RadGrid that that has hierarchy sub grid.  What I what to know is when I click edit it brings up the form with the fields I can edit.  One Field is FirstName that is pulled from a separate DataSource.  Can I have the ListTextField Display the FirstName and LastName (which is another field).
            <DetailTables>
                <telerik:GridTableView CommandItemDisplay="Bottom" DataKeyNames="CorporationID" DataSourceID="LinqDataSource2"
                    Width="100%" runat="server"
                    <ParentTableRelation>
                        <telerik:GridRelationFields DetailKeyField="CorporationID" MasterKeyField="CorporationID" />
                    </ParentTableRelation>
                    <Columns>
                        <telerik:GridBoundColumn DataField="CorporationID" DataType="System.Int32" HeaderText="CorporationID"
                            ReadOnly="True" SortExpression="CorporationID" UniqueName="CorporationID"
                        </telerik:GridBoundColumn>
                        <%-- <telerik:GridBoundColumn DataField="ContactID" DataType="System.Int32" HeaderText="ContactID"
                            ReadOnly="True" SortExpression="ContactID" UniqueName="ContactID">
                        </telerik:GridBoundColumn> --%>
                        <telerik:GridDropDownColumn DataField="ContactID" DataSourceID="LinqDataSource3"
                            HeaderText="Name" ListTextField="FirstName" ListValueField="ContactID" UniqueName="GDContactID"
                            ColumnEditorID="GridDropDownColumnEditor1"
                        </telerik:GridDropDownColumn>
                        <telerik:GridDateTimeColumn DataField="StartDt" DataFormatString="{0:d}" HeaderText="StartDt"
                            UniqueName="CalStartDt"
                        </telerik:GridDateTimeColumn>
                        <telerik:GridDateTimeColumn DataField="EndDt" DataFormatString="{0:d}" HeaderText="EndDt"
                            UniqueName="CalEndDt"
                        </telerik:GridDateTimeColumn>
                        <telerik:GridBoundColumn DataField="OwnershipPercent" DataType="System.Int32" HeaderText="OwnershipPercent"
                            SortExpression="OwnershipPercentD" UniqueName="OwnershipPercent"

    Hi Michael,

    You can find more information on how to configure/customize GridDropDownColumn here.
    Another approach for achieving your goal is to add GridTemplateColumn instead and place the desired RadComboBox in its EditItemTemplate. Additional information on that subject can be found in this article.

    Kind regards,
    Iana
