I have a small News Module on my home page.  When I select one of the news links it loads the news article into the same small div.   What I'd like to do is redirect this link to a new page, maybe an entire page dedicated to News.  How is this possible?

    Thanks!

    Hi Troy Lawrence,

The control has a property SingleItemUrl that you can use.

    Kind regards,

Currently the SingleItemTemplatePath is pointed here:
    ~/Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/News/ListPageDetails.ascx

Would I need to create a new master page with my layout and then copy and paste the contents from ListPageDetails.ascx?

    Hi Troy Lawrence,

SingleItemUrl does not anything to do with SingleItemTemplatePath

SingleItemTemplatePath - sets the path to a template that the control will use when the current mode is Detail
SingleItemUrl - If single content item should be displayed on a different page, this property specifies the url of that page. Alternatively, single item can be displayed on the same page where the ContentView control is situated.

    Best wishes,
