    This is what I recieved from sitefinity tech support -

    Most probably this is related to permissions that are set over virtual directory for the user you use. Give full access to ASPNET or NETWORK AUTHORITY account. Ensure that the default website is running under IIS ( if it is stopped, virtual directories cannot be created) and you are logged as an administrator.

    Apparently, I don't know anything about computers, and have no idea how access these default settings . . . is this on my computer?? Is this one this site that I can't access?? Is this some setting panel on the sitefinity site that I can't seem to find? Where is this stuff??
