    Hi,

    I'm working in one complete backup and restore system to implement inside sf to prevent accidents implementing full controls for BackUp and Restore simple and full model. I have dev all implementations but have some min problems to access to the restore page during shutdown of database. I have imagined one simple page secured in one external folder protected using Forms, web config and one user using credentials.

            <authentication mode="Forms"
          <forms name=".ASPNET" loginUrl="~/sitefinity/login.aspx" protection="All" timeout="1440" path="/"
            <credentials passwordFormat="Clear"
              <user name="Restore" password="123456789"/>
            </credentials>
          </forms>
        </authentication>

      <!--Security for Restore folder-->
      <location path="SomeWhereFolder/BackUp"
        <system.web>
          <authorization>
            <allow users="Restore" />
            <deny users="?" />
          </authorization>
        </system.web>
      </location>

    Trying to access i can´t because this user "Restore" is not registered inside Sitefinity providers as user and have any role. Exist some way to allow this secured user to access to the BackUp/Restore database page during the shutdown of server database(no provider allowed). It's possible to add one extern loginUrl page for these location zone (No using the login Sitefinity). It's the good way? Others suggestions are welcome.

    Regards.
