Is there a way to add the buttons "send for approval" and "Publish" in the modules section for shared content just like the pages?  It would be great to be able to sort the modules or view modules with a specific status just like you can on pages and then send multiple pieces for approval at one time and Publish multiple items at one time.  A couple times a year we have major updates and will have quite a few shared pieces of content to publish at one time.  incorporating the same process as is currently used for pages would be very helpful.

the attached image shows the links and button that would be useful to be implemented on the share modules.

    Hi Bart Welch,

You could implement hidden metafields for the GenericContent based modules where you have to persist the status of each content  item. Then you will be able to filter the items from the built-in search. The following blog post - Christmas Bonus - Workflow with comments in Sitefinity 3.x provides the code implementation.

    Sincerely yours,
