    What's the simplest way to turn back on the SingleArticle control?
    I have a legacy app built on 3.2 before the service pack which is a live environment but needs extending to include some extra news providers.
    Currently theres 19 all working alongside each other so I just want to add a couple of extra news lists and SingleArticle controls  linked to new providers.

    Yes I could use the new control but that will entail much bigger changes to the application than I want to make at this stage because of how the newslists and articles for all these providers are being used in just a couple of pages.

    Please can you tell me the simplest way to add support to the CMS so I can continue to use these controls as before in this legacy application.

    Thanks

    Hi Darren,

    To use the old SingleNews and News List controls, you need to add the following declaration in the <toolboxControls> section of the application web.config:

    <add name="Single News" section="News" type="Telerik.News.WebControls.SingleNews, Telerik.News" />
    <add name="News List" section="News" type="Telerik.News.WebControls.NewsList, Telerik.News" />

    Sincerely yours,
