I have a sitefinity license which is tied to my site's public domain.  As I understand it, any site I access from "" will run without the trial version message.

When running in development mode, I am periodically given a reminder message that my Sitefinity site is a trial version.

The thing is, I have the license file on the site (placed in /Sitefinity/LicenseFile.xml) - but I guess that since I am not developing on my production server the license "logic" is getting triggered to remind me about it.

It's kinda annoying but I can cope.  Next week I have users logging in to review the site before we go live.  I'd prefer it if they didn't see this message.

Is there something I can do to suppress this "trial" message when running on intranet servers?

    Hello clayman,

The license key is generated per domain name. The key can work correctly only under the domain for which you have purchased your key. You will not get the trial message if you access the website by IP or under localhost.
