I'm trying to do "Least Permissions" at the database level. Now that I have SiteFinity up and running, can I remove db_owner from the SQL Server user that my site uses to connect to the db? What level of permissions does the SQL Server user need to have for SiteFinity to function? db_datareader, execute on on the SPROCs?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We haven't performed any tests on this matter, but a customer provided us with a script that got him with minimum privileges on the SQL server. I am attaching it to this thread, and hope it will work for you.
