    Sitefinity Team,

Could you please show me  where I can change Tags&Categories name in the controls section because Tags&Categories kind of confuse the end user.

    Hi Tim,

The name of the section is built with resources used by modules and could be changed only when there is access to the source code. Therefore, you could not change the title. Still, we will more than gladly accept your suggestions for a new title or how to present the two controls separate controls (Tags, Categories).  We highly appreciate anything that may make Sitefinity a better product.

Please excuse us for the inconvenience.

Hi.  I have the source code and I agree with the other person that these confuse the user.  I would like to remove these controls.  Where in the source code can I do this?  Thanks.

    Hi Grant,

We are adding these controls to the section in the following source files:
    • Telerik.Cms.Engine project, WebControls/Categories/CategoriesListToolboxItem.cs - Categories Control
    • Telerik.Cms.Engine project, WebControls/Tags/TagsListToolboxItem.cs - Tags List control
You can comment out the code that adds the controls to the toolbox and rebuild the entire solution.

    Best wishes,
    the Telerik team
