    Hello Sitefinity Team!

For example I created a page and set it as a page group entitled "About" and it contains the following normal pages:
    About
       - About_us.aspx
       - Contact.aspx
       - History.aspx

Normally, for both the Navigation controls and hardcoded navigation menus, to access the page group, one would have to enter either http://server/sitename/About.aspx (the name of the page group) or http://server/sitename/About/About_us.aspx (which is the first page in the page group and by default is the landing page).

Could there be a way for a URL rewrite like this:
    http://server/sitename/About/
Apart from that URL being reflected in navigation menus, when users enter that URL they will be automatically redirected to the page group About. It's kinda a standards thing. I hope there's a workaround for this. Thank you, as always. :)

    Hi jkregala,

Thank you for using our services.

You can try using the built in UrlRewriter to accomplish this. You can take a look at this webinar explaining how to utilize it: .URL Rewriting In Sitefinity.

Is this the only possible approach?

    Hello jkregala,

The other way is to code a rewrite module by your self. The suggested functionality is out of the box.
