i have been trying to include testimonials on my website, as Sitefinity doesn't provide any such control i was thinking of creating a list of testimonials and then diplay it or manipulate it as required. When i tried to change the appearance of hte SimpleListview Style by editing the HTML in control> Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/Lists/SimpleListView.ascx, it did not affect the appearance of the Lists control. How can i do this?
I want to edit its appearance.

    Hello Karandeep Singh,

Have you mapped the template to the control? Most probably the template has not been mapped. The easiest way to map this template is to open the control for editing, then go to Advanced tab and set SimpleListTemplatePath public property that is available under Appearance category of controls.

    Sincerely yours,
