    i have hosted my application of ​Sitefinity in IIS with hosting services and i have one folder in application and it have many ​images and other files and that folder is in drive, I dont want anyone to access those files directly from drive where it is stored, i want to access those folder only through my application​..

    The permissions can be set through the IIS application pool settings as in any standard ASP.NET application. You may refer to the following resources for more details on this:
