I am looking for a module or solution ta add a Jobs Board to the Sitefinity CMS. The jobs board would allow employers and recruiters to post jobs on our site's jobs board so it needs to me more functionality than the Sitefinity Jobs Module in the SDK.  What are you using?

I started a custom module years ago but ran into issues creating the backend for the employers to post and manage there jobs.

    Thanks!

I would build a module using the module builder. https://docs.sitefinity.com/overview-dynamic-modules-and-the-module-builder

This is low code no code.  This will also build all your backend screens and allow for standard Sitefinity options like revision, permissions, providers, widgets(MVC and web forms), etc.

It does give the the server side code references if you need it

Use the oData web service . https://docs.sitefinity.com/for-developers-client-side-programming-and-web-services
