    Hello Casey,

    It looks like you have changed the following file

    Its default content is shown below

    <?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
      <browser refID="Default">
          <adapter controlType="System.Web.UI.HtmlControls.HtmlForm" adapterType="Telerik.Cms.Web.FormAdapter, Telerik.Cms" />
          <adapter controlType="System.Web.UI.WebControls.RadioButtonList" adapterType="Telerik.Cms.Web.UI.Adapters.RadioButtonListAdapter" />
      <browser id="W3C_Validator" parentID="default">
          <userAgent match="^W3C_Validator" />
          <capability name="browser" value="W3C Validator" />
          <capability name="ecmaScriptVersion" value="1.2" />
          <capability name="javascript" value="true" />
          <capability name="supportsCss" value="true" />
          <capability name="tables" value="true" />
          <capability name="tagWriter" value="System.Web.UI.HtmlTextWriter" />
          <capability name="w3cdomversion" value="1.0" />

    but the error is thrown on line 117.
    The Default browser definition is inherited by many other browser definitions, so it looks like that there is some restriction from a parent configuration.

    All the best,
    Ivan Dimitrov
    the Telerik team
