    Hello Vishal,

    1.Enable comments and comments moderation  from the web.config <cmsEngine> node

    <add name="News" allowComments="true" commentsModeration="true" urlRewriteFormat="[Publication_Date]/[Title].aspx" urlDateTimeFormat="yy-MM-dd" urlWhitespaceChar="_" visible="False" defaultMetaField="Title" securityProviderName="" allowVersioning="True" applicationName="/News" versioningProviderName="" connectionStringName="GenericContentConnection" type="Telerik.News.Data.DefaultNewsProvider, Telerik.News.Data"/>

    2. When you drop NewsView control on a page you should open the control for editing and then go to its Advanced tab. There is a properties section called Comments from where you should set AllowComments to True.
