    Hello Tarun,

    This is a div with four links inside it

    <div id="announcement">
                <a href="" class="notification-href" id="notification-video-tutorials"></a>
                <a href="" class="notification-href" id="notification-interactive-tour"></a>
                <a href="" class="notification-href" id="notification-webinar"></a>
                <a href="" class="notification-href" id="notification-download-trial"></a>

    each link points to a page from The close notification is an <a> tag. Then we use jQuery to show/open the div calling slideToggle method. We set a cookie if you manually close the notification area, so that it will not be opened again. We call $.cookie and then hide() method. If the cookie is not presented in the cookies collection we call shows() method

    Sincerely yours,
    Ivan Dimitrov
