Will Sitefinity 3.1 contains the new versions of the r.a.d.controls Q2 2007? That would be nice, since the default skin is much more beautiful in my opinion. Also, the r.a.d.editor is faster then the current one.

Well, would be a nice improvement!

    Hello Daniel,

Yes, we'll include the Q2 rad controls. In fact, they are already included in Sitefinity 3.1 Beta.

    Kind regards,

Ah... okay, well I didn't recognized the black default layout of the editor, but maybe it is styled according Sitefinity?

    Hi Daniel,

We understand you were talking about the RadControls"Prometheus" suite. These will be included in Sitefinity 3.2 which is scheduled for December.

    Sincerely yours,

Will there be a work around to allow for Prometheus controls in the interim? Specifically the Prometheus Tooltip.

    Sincerely,

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

We haven’t tested the Tooltip in particular but most controls should work fine. In fact, internally, we are using RadScheduler although it does not display correctly at design time it works fine on a published page. Note that Prometheus is still in beta. Sitefinity will support it officially with version 3.2 and most controls in the admin area will be replaced with their Prometheus counterparts.

    Kind regards,
    Bob
