We've built our company website on Sitefinity 3.7. One of the main things we'd like to improve is the site synchronization aspect.
I see from the road map that this is an aspect that is to be included in v4.0.
Are then any specific details you can give me regards the synchronization between dev and production sites that is likely to come with the new release?
I'm trying to ascertain whether I should spend time working on my own solution or if v4.0 will do everything I need.

    Hello Simon Begg,

Thank you for using our services.

In Sitefinity 4.0 you will be able to synchronize content from different environments (development to testing, testing to production, etc). This means that through the project manager you will be able to push changes in pages and their properties of one site to another. All content from content modules will also be able to be synchronized between environments (content items, tags, categories, etc).

I hope that this will answer your questions, if you have more please feel free to get back to us.

    All the best,
    Radoslav Georgiev
