I started with a blank project, created my templates, added my pages, added content....

How do you actually get a "live" site? Only thing on the root is "Default.aspx" which says coming soon.  How do you actually make your site live? I thought just publishing the pages would work.  I don't even see anywhere in the admin area to set the home page.

    Hi Fred,

All pages created through UI are saved to the database and they are not physical files. You may create your physical pages and add them as external pages, again through backend UI. The logic you want to have on a page should be implemented by user and custom controls.
