    While creating custom controls that will access the database, do I have to go with Nolics or can I do so with LinQ?

    Hello Amlan Bardhan,

    You can use whatever you choose - by design Sitefinity allows both Nolics and LinQ for accessing the database. The only downside is that there is documentation only on using Nolics in Sitefinity, and not LinQ.
