Our new website has finally moved from development to being deployed.

While the site was in development, the license key wouldn't upload; I figured that this was because the development server domain was different than our actual domain, and that this fact kept it from being uploadable.

Now that the site is on the correct server, I still can't get the file to upload. I'm logged in as an administrator, and have all of the permissions enabled.

I get an "access to the path is denied" anytime I try to upload. Trying to upload other files to any of the folders (Word docs, etc.) doesn't work, either.

Is this something wrong with the server? I don't have direct access to it. (And I have no server or backend web knowledge.)

    Hello Renee,

The problem is that ASP.NET/NETWORK SERVICE account does not have permissions over the folders you are trying to manage. You need to grate worker process account with view/create permissions, so that RadUpload will be able to upload the file. This is a server side setting which is not controlled by Sitefinity. You could contact your server administrator to set the proper permissions and resolve the issue.
