I have installed Sitefinity (apparently 3.7 SP1) through the Web App Gallery of my shared host Softsyshosting, but am having a few problems. Currently I am unable to edit a page or add an event, logged in as admin, who is in the Administrators group.

These actions fail to do anything:
    1. Click on Edit within a page - expect this to open up a WYSIWYG editor in a new window
    2. Click on the calendar or time selector icon in an event - would expect this to open up a calendar or time picker.
    3. On the event page, clicking in the box to enter text, will not allow me to enter any text

I am set to use ASP.NET 2.0 in integrated pipeline mode. It looks like everything which is failing is a Telerik provided web user control e.g. radedit. I haven't modified the web.config from that when it was installed, other than to display remote errors. No errors are displayed when doing this, apart from in IE8 which shows a JavaScript error - but IE9, Opera 11 and Firefox 2.6 all do nothing when using these controls. I notice that some of the instructions for other hosts say you have to attach your database file directly whereas I created mine with a user and let the install process (hopefully) sort it out - but there are no database errors returned so I'm not sure whether that would be the problem or not. If someone could let me know if there is a table I should expect to get updated when editing a page, that might help as I could check that; otherwise, does anyone else have any ideas as to what might be happening here?

    Thanks in advance,

    Dave Harrington.

    Hi David,

Could you send a short video or images that illustrates the issue. Have you checked for any js errors? Browsers in BETA version like IE 9 are not officially supported by RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and we have not performed needed tests so far.

    Kind regards,
