Put CSS/JS Widgets on the form designer by default

    If I want to use Kendo or jQueryUI or something to style my forms more dynamically I'd like to be able to put custom scripts and styles on the FORM directly so it follows it instead of telling users to remember to drag\drop the widgets onto the page which contains the form.

    NOW, I realize that I can (and have) done this in settings manually, however there's no icons for them (so I'm having to borrow from the instructions icon...looks odd)
