I would like to request a feature enhancement which enables and disables the Save Changes button based on changes that have been made to the page similar to Visual Studio.

In Visual Studio, if I have not made any changes to the page, the Save button is greyed out or disabled.  However, as soon as I make changes to the Page, the Save button is enabled for selection.

When I edit Sitefinity Pages or make other similar changes to content within Sitefinity, I would like the emulation of this behavior for the button or some other indication that the page has been modified recently (such as the asterisk added to the tabs in Visual Studio) without requiring a dialog box prompt before exiting to determine if the page has been modified or not.
