The Crunch is a community initiative featuring activities, experiences and discussions about our food, our health and our planet, revealing how these are interconnected while offering recipes for a happier, healthier future. As a £6m national initiative, the project required a flexible, yet robust enough CMS platform. The Crunch website caters for a whole host of functionality from an on-line game made by Aardman animations, to live events series around the country and engagement with 500 ambassadors with a central user login area, right down to email marketing communications. The site has seen over 25,000 visitors in 4 weeks and expects more than 500,000 visits over the next few months.
