    Hi telerik,

The second bug that I reported here : http://www.sitefinity.com/support/forums/support-forum-thread/b1043S-gtthg.aspx

About the images folders still isn't fixed, I am still getting the same error described.  If their is a hotfix for this please could I have it as I had told my client it had been fixed for the RC...

    Thanks
    Sean

    Hi Sean,

Please accept our apologies for the omission. We fixed it now and the fix will be included in the next build of Sitefinity.

Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.

    Sincerely yours,
    Vlad

    Hi Vlad,

I understand, you guys have a lot going on at the moment, and my issue is hardly going to stop the site working, I actually found a work around in the meantime.

So when do you think you will be releasing the next build of Sitefinity.  And can I be as bold as to ask do you think you are still going to make the release date of the 28th?

I think everyone is getting excited to have the full application up and running.

    Cheers
    Sean

    Hi Sean,

An update of RC1 will be available later today.
We are still discussing the official release date and as soon as we come to a decision,  we'll let you know about the delay.

    All the best,
    Rebecca

    Hi Telerik,

Ok this bug still isn't quite fixed...  I got the fix that you posted for Luc. which fixed the problem of not being able to select an imageUrl with the Image control.  The original error message that I reported you have fixed but I am still can't navigate to a sub folder once I have gone to page 2 of the list of files, something which I have mentioned before and strongly believe that on browsing into a sub folder should reset the Page Index anyway...

Ok so to replicate the bug this is what I did, I am doing this from a brand new project.
    1. Add an image control to the page and edit its properties
    2. Click select for imageUrl property
    3. Click Page 2
    4. Then Click Page 1
    5. Click RadControls Folder
    6. Select Page 1
    7. Click Ajax Folder
    8. As you can see it opens up the folder on Page 2 instead of Page 1 which is PanelBar, so paging isn't working correctly, or on the postback the new index isn't being recognised.
If possible could this be fixed as soon as possible, because my client is starting to get quite annoyed with me as I keep promising the next update will fix it....

Also as a feature request to add to your To-Do List I think it would be great for the FileManager to be able to display thumbnails for certain mime types where a thumbnail is possible.  This would be useful for the ImageUrl because then users would be able to see what it is they are selecting which is very helpful on a website where there could be thousands of images and they can't tell the difference between 2 similarly named images.

Thank you for looking into this for me.
    Sean

    Yes Sean,

Unfortunately, this bug is not quite fixed and we cannot create a custom build for it right now. But we promise that the issue will be fixed in the next release.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your telerik points have been updated for reporting this issue and for your suggestion about File Manager thumbnails.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Vlad,

No problem, I was only hoping for a fix if you could but I can understand if you can't do a custom build, hopefully it won't be long till the next update ;)  I am just glad I could finally replicate the bug for you because it was next to impossible to show before but somehow the last fix allowed me to show you perfectly.

    Thanks
    Sean
