Not sure how hard this would be, but it might fix a lot of issues we've had when editing pages and templates in siteifnity.
We often have pre-designed sites (designed by us or other firms that are static that we convert to sitefinity for our clients. Many of these sites have
a lot of CSS positioning. Invariably, this causes weird things to happen in the Sitefinity designer when editing the page or template. The top of the page your editing will overlap the top pane of the sitefinity, content holders are pushed off, the page doesn't scroll so you cant see all the content or edit it, etc. etc.
However, when pre-viewing the page thru the sitefinity admin, the page will look fine. I believe part of this is simply that the designer isn't rendering all the placeholders and buttons for editng, but part of it i think is that you have the preview page in a seperate frame. I think if you put the page in a seperate frame while editing, we may have better luck with scrolling, placement and other Html and CSS issues.
I'm not certain this will fix things as i have no way of testing my theory, but it might be worth a try.
