    Hi,
       I created a page with a login control .
When I am in the project to maintain the site, I click the live site, use the login control, then, when I try to return to the dashboard i get ...

    Server Error in '/theTelerikMachine' Application.

This type of page is not served.

Description: The type of page you have requested is not served because it has been explicitly forbidden.  The extension '.aspx' may be incorrect.   Please review the URL below and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

    Requested URL: /theTelerikMachine/Sitefinity/Admin/Modules.aspx

When i go back to the project screen to try and edit , I get the same message. i finally have to close the project page and call it back up to resign on to get the dashboard?

    thanks for your time.

    Hi IQworks,

The account you have used to login belongs to a role that has no permissions to access the dashboard and the cms. You need to grant the proper permissions to this role or use DestinationPageUrl property if you want to forward the request. You were not able to access the backend or other part of the cms, because the cookie of  the authenticated user was stored in the NameValueCollection. Accessing the backend login page(/sitefinity/login.aspx) directly or fronted login should have allowed you to use another credentials instead of closing the browser and application.

    All the best,
    Ivan Dimitrov
